Very happy with the product, got this for our pup and still going strong, he occasionally chews on it and it never rips, been washed so many times and still maintains the softness. Will probably buy a bigger one once he grows!

first off thank you Amazon your driver paid attention to the instructions on the package I happened to see him and open the door to get it and he mentioned leaving it on the back patio I told him thank you very much reading the instructions. Now for the item I have not even given it to my cat yet the more I let it set the fluffier it gets. Per instructions every once in awhile and give it a good hard shake. Be patient and the longer it sets the bigger it gets. This is perfect 4 normal size cat. Or if you have a dog like a pug chihuahua somewhere in that size the one I got is perfect. By the way it is nice and soft also so tomorrow morning my cat will have a new bed. Plus I am ordering an extra one to have on hand when this one wears out.
